YOU CAN EXPECT STRENGTH CLASSES TO BE HIGH ENERGY, FUN, SWEATY, AND CHALLENGING. These classes are the star of the show here at wolf heart and what we consider "our signature class". Our workouts are programmed with functionality in mind. Our goal is to challenge you while aiming for longevity in your fitness journey. Specialty classes
specialty classes are fun bonus classes that you will see sprinkled in our weekly schedule to help enhance your workout routine. we offer mobility, MAT PILATES, BARRE & H.I.I.T to the beat in addition to our signature strength classes. these classes are included in your membership- we encourage you to give them a try! MOBILITy
We offer mobility 1x/week. Adding mobility into your routine is a crucial component to longevity in your fitness Journey. This is a guided recovery and pre-hab focused class. You can expect every class to start with foam rolling and then move into active stretching and strengthening through different ranges of motion.
MAT PILATES:
Join us for our traditional mat pilates class! This is a low impact class that focuses on breath, alignment, concentration, control, centering, and flow. We offer this class 1-2x weekly!
BARRE TO THE BEAT:
You can Find Barre on our schedule 1x/week. this is a fun and low impact class that is done to the beat of the music. This is a great class to target the smaller muscles that we don't always hit in our bigger lifts. Meet us on the mat and let the burn set in!

This high energy and upbeat class is guaranteed to have you sweating and smiling! This is a high intensity workout that makes cardio fun by doing every move to the beat of the music! We offer this class 1x/week. hope to see you on the dance floor- we mean gym floor!
