strength classes

YOU CAN EXPECT STRENGTH CLASSES TO BE HIGH ENERGY, FUN, SWEATY, AND CHALLENGING. These classes are the star of the show here at wolf heart and what we consider "our signature class". Our workouts are programmed with functionality in mind. Our goal is to challenge you while aiming for longevity in your fitness journey. We prioritize quality over quantity and every workout is designed with purpose. we love to lift and we love to sweat- you will see a magical combination of strength and cardio throughout our programming. view our schedule to learn more about which muscle groups we are working on what days- We hope to see you under the neon lights soon! 

Specialty classes

specialty classes are fun bonus classes that you will see sprinkled in our weekly schedule to help enhance your workout routine. we offer mobility and barre in addition to our signature strength classes. these classes are included in your membership- we encourage you to give them a try! MOBILITy

We offer mobility 1-2x/week. Adding mobility into your routine is a crucial component to longevity in your fitness Journey. This is a guided recovery and pre-hab focused class. You can expect every class to start with foam rolling and then move into active stretching and strengthening through different ranges of motion.

 

BARRE TO THE BEAT:

You can Find Barre on our schedule 1x/week. this is a fun and low impact class that is done to the beat of the music. This is a great class to target the smaller muscles that we don't always hit in our bigger lifts. Meet us on the mat and let the burn set in!

how it works

Wolf Heart Fit co. is a class-based gym that operates with month-to-month membership options. There are no sign-up fees. it is as simple as it sounds. just choose how many days per month  you want to workout with us and get started!
