STRENGTH CLASSES

YOU CAN EXPECT STRENGTH CLASSES TO BE HIGH ENERGY, FUN, SWEATY, AND CHALLENGING. These classes are the star of the show here at wolf heart.

 

EVERY CLASS HAS A CERTIFIED TRAINER/COACH TO HELP GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE WORKOUT, NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE AT IN YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY. STRENGTH COACHES WILL support AND PUSH YOU EVERY MINUTE OF CLASS.

Strength classes are one hour long. this includes an intentional warm up, a demo of each movement, a #wolfstrong workout, and a calming cool down.

YIN YOGA IS EVERY other Thursday night AT 7PM. THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED TO COMPLIMENT OUR CHALLENGING STRENGTH CLASSES AND GIVE YOUR BODY THE RECOVERY IT DESERVES!
