Our SCHEDULE

WE ARE GROUP FITNESS WITH A TWIST. PART OF WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE IS OUR WEEKLY WORKOUT SPLIT. OUR WORKOUTS ARE MADE WITH INTENTION AND CARE. A GOOD workout is so much more than just “what is gonna be hard and sweaty”. WE LIKE TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT  specific muscles worked, planes of motion traveled through, impact on the joints, endurance, strength, cardio, power- the list goes on and on. TO ENSURE A WELL ROUNDED, EFFICIENT, AND EFFECTIVE WORKOUT ROUTINE, WE STICK TO A WEEKLY WORKOUT SPLIT THAT DESIGNATES SPECIFIC DAYS TO SPECIFIC MUSCLE GROUPS.  WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR WORKOUTS AND WE CAN'T WAIT FOR YOU TO SWEAT WITH US!
