THIS SCHEDULE SHOWS STRENGTH CLASSES, SPECIALTY CLASSES, AND OUR YIN YOGA CLASS. YOU CAN EXPECT STRENGTH CLASSES TO BE HIGH ENERGY, FUN, SWEATY, AND CHALLENGING. EVERY CLASS HAS A CERTIFIED TRAINER/COACH TO HELP GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE WORKOUT, NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE AT IN YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY. we follow a workout split that includes full body days, lower body focused days, upper body focused days, and strict lifting days. our Saturday-thursday classes will vary from high intensity, endurance, and strength focused programming. Fridays we focus on a strict lifting format- this means that we isolate muscles groups, slow down our reps, and take long rest periods between sets. we love to offer our members a wide variety of training options.
